Mr. Masum Alam

Chief Executive Officer (Acting)

Mr. Md. Masum Alam is the Chief Executive Officer (Acting) of National Asset Management Limited (NAML). Mr. Masum Alam has got over Fifteen years of experience in financial sector. He has been working in the business of Capital Market and Money Market since 2009. He has sound knowledge of fund management, merchant banking and stock brokerage services. Mr. Alam has excellent knowledge in business, finance, investment management, capital market, corporate affairs, companies act, BSEC, DSE and CSE rules & regulations. Moreover, he has also in-depth knowledge of equity research, company valuation and portfolio management.

Mr. Alam has participated multiple training on Portfolio Management, Security Analysis, Equity Research, company valuation and Anti Money Laundering and Combating Financing Terrorism (AML & CFT) and has attended frequent seminars and workshop on the capital market and different issues related to operation and development of the company over the years.

Mr. Alam has completed his Master of Social Science (MSS) and Bachelor of Social Science (BSS Honors) in Economics.

Mr. Akib Dihan Bokhtair

Manager (Accounts)

Mr. Akib Dihan Bokhtair is working as Manager, Accounts. He is responsible for Observe overall business activities of the company with a view to make sure relevant rules and regulations. He prepares the report of risk mitigation to invest from the portfolio of the fund.  Mr. Dihan facilitates the management team of the company on legal and ethical issues and reviews the business operations regularly and prepares the Books of Accounts and financial statement for the management.

Mr. Dihan has completed Chartered Accountancy course from Bokhteyar Humayun & Co. 

Mr. Nabil Hassan

Manager (Investment)

Mr. Nabil Hassan is working as Manager, Investment. He is responsible for preparing investment analysis reports for the investment management team. He has adequate experiences in equity research, active portfolio management and financial data analysis. He has excellent knowledge in money market, capital market, investment banking, fundamental and technical analysis, Equity notes and company valuation. Mr. Hassan serves the pivotal purpose of investment by diligently determining the intrinsic value of Securities and other financial instruments. 

Mr. Nabil Hassan has completed his BBA in Finance from North South University, Dhaka.

Mr. Nur Hossain

Sr. Executive (Compliance)

Mr. Nur Hossain is working as Sr. Executive, Compliance. He is responsible for implementation of all compliance issues, introduction of relevant rules and regulation, preparation of monthly compliance & financial report for the management. Mr. Hossain is also preparing the analyzing report for the investment management team, NAV calculation of fund, Financial Statements, Monthly Report, daily portfolio Statement. Mr. Hossain is responsible for corresponding with Regulatory body and others.

Mr. Nur Hossain has completed his MBA & BBA in Accounting from National University.
